THE STRAWBERRY ENTRY: I will not stop ranting about strawberries until the season is over. Its gotta be sake, sashimi, strawberries and melas . Everything else in life is more or less redundant. OF COURSE friends are absolutely crucial. and family matters too much. and now, nietzsche, kierkegard and schopenhauer are part of it too. sigh. okay now we'll talk bout the collage. you guys have seen the cakes and teapot one so i'll skip that. if you see that cake... Its my mum's not-so-original-but-delicious-nonetheless pineapple cheesecake with a digestive biscuit base RECIPE. Of course i made it myself with the rundown common kitchen at my dorm WITHOUT measuring spoons. SO *twiddles fingers* its a tad too solid cos i sorta added too much gelatin . and fyi, gelatin is made from boiling animal bones and skins!!! jellies will never be the same again. Anyway i gave this cake in the photo to jiaming, a friend in shanghai (haha jj and jb). I didn't MAKE it FOR him. the other two pictures are related before : nestle strawberry milk, a dozen of fresh chilled strawberries and an entire Magnum vanilla stick thrown into a blender. after : ZY'S strawberry icecream milkshake as a supper drink served in chemistry containers. its my senior zifang's newest craze, drinking from testtubes and beakers.
