Ai-wo-sakebu depression is just terrible. Still didn't manage to make me cry but i had my suan1 liu1 liu1 nose throughout and my heart wrenched and rewrenched. Yes I watched it the 2nd time along with Adele's 1st and Zhao's 3rd. Had a vcd marathon at adele's place two days before. she was bawling from the 5th disc onwards. and she agrees this is the best (jap) drama series she has watched. one more hardcore fan. and when the qian1 jing1 adele joins the club, you find getting the $80 DVD boxset not quite as extravagant anymore.Cos she wants one too. hurray. i really love adele. throughout the show, staggering her loud sobs, we will turn to one another and start groaning. from time to time , she'll go " oh man. i really can't take it anymore. " and i'll go "wah. crap my heart is damned cheng2 zhong4 (heavy)." Then the two of us will start moaning and tugging at our pillows. She was a riot really, tissues on the right hand (10 used tissues maybe?) and a half-eaten tau sa bao on her left. I bet she was uncoordinated at least once and used the tau sa pao to dab her eyes. haha i really adore adele. AH DIE!!!! SUKI YO!!! Its S8-)W GOOD* to have her home. (*S8-)W GOOD was invented by paul. Its an expression of lauren's we came up with. The expression she has after she eats something good. its "SOW GOOD" with roll-eyes (typed in msn)) Classic Aunt Jo brand potato salad , our new fad Mochi Icecream (courtesy of jj's recommendation) and her thumbsup Milo Float. didn't manage to make our teh tarik icecream with the UK icecream maker she got.(she's just qian1 jing1. her house doesn't have what she calls 'inferior tea' (ie lipton) . note: oh well she really is joking, you must know adele humor to not feel offended.) We had so much fun! Watching Overtime without zhao who was at work. INFERIOR romance drama. oh well but almost all romance dramas are inferior beside (once 'my' now 'our') HAO NAN GUO!-Ai-Wo-Sakebu. Then we stayed up till bout 8 plus am ( i dozed off alot) for our Sakebu. And then slept till 10 . Had 8-) healthy cereal with 8-) skimmed milk for breakfast. (heehee) And met My Melody for KTV at Clementi KBOX. Cool place. Big and quite deserted cos its new. WHICH EXPLAINS WHY WE GOT TO SING AN EXTRA 2 1/2 HOURS AFTER OUR K LUNCH. So it was a good FIVE PLUS HOURS of KTVing. K-ing with adele,zhao and melody rocks. We are like Lao Ge masters. And although zhao is not as happening, he knows the new songs so i can sing both! Of course i am bao-ka-liao (what-to-do? i'm-jus-zai) Gosh. We were dramatising all our songs, like the Brit Accent for Huang Ying Ying's Hua Yan Qiao Yu , yelling on our chairs for F.I.R. and super emotive deliverance of Purple Rain and Wu Qing De Ni Wu Qing De Yu. Oh and Ai Yu Ai Chou! Ni Shi Wo De Wei Yi! Wan Fang! Wu Qi Xian! Chao Meng! Gosh we did every possible old song man. Then we headed back along with melod to finish up with Ai Wo Sakebu. Then the crying, the charsiew,tau sar, vege paos her mum got us and mochi icecream (Black Sesame WAN SUI). Although i felt like throwing a vase at melody quite a few times cos she was making IRRITATING COMMENTS at STUPID details. But she still cried. :) Another fan. Oh and we gave zhao the android his presentS. Ai Wo Sakebu's OST, Ai Wo Sakebu's Original Novel and handDRAWN 100page cartoon book! I keep thinking why we spent so much on him. Zhen de. Jus kua zhang. But oh well, he was really happy with the present so nothing to complain i guess. The two Ai Wo Sakebu products were courtesy of my angelic Boon who 'imported' it back from his japan trip (thanks again bud!) But oh well, both adele and i have got the songs from the OST on the very same day. haha. SO i guess its a gift for all 3 of us. Oh track 2! my tragic instrumental! *collapses* We are just wu liao and such good friends. When some STUPID character from the STUPID "Overtime" mentioned : " There is no such things as good friends between a guy and a girl " Adele and I were just yelling and protesting. What Rot. Adele is such a great girl. No i'm not putting her on auction. NOONE SHALL HAVE HER. She is to grow old and happily single with me so i can have high tea with her. and lauren too. I guess its just all the scholarship mails i'm busy reading and er... discussing with louistan and also all the meeting up i've been doing with ml and adele. and bdays too (zzy's, aaron's , ml's , zhao's) well the last birthday and the only one i am going to bother with from now onwards till the day i leave sg is fjj's. which is quite coincidentally the most important of the lot i guess. its just going to be an ang pow lor, jian huo, so you don't act shy in front of me le. *roll eyes* Sao bao Zhi Wang. ~ its going to be Fudan, Shanghai most likely. my buddy is Fang-jie. :) how fortunate! Oh anyway initial D is not too bad. Don't go for plot. Just go for harmless entertainment (quite tickling at times actually) and some pretty fresh editing concepts. Its a very good adaptation i must say, sort of like a movie-cross-jap anime style. Jay can't act for nuts but he is quite endearing in the show. Just being himself i guess. Louistan and i both thot the dubbing was rather bad but oh well, jus make do i guess. can't expect much from Chinese movies anymore (besides Wong Kar Wai and Zhang Yi Mou films). ~ a gambit, an oxford chauffer and a zack. my my, my thirst for tractions. - random musing 2 6/24/2005 12:25:00 PM
