While i'm typing this,
the fingers on my left hand are busy grabbing 'fingerfuls' of lemon popcorn and stuffing them into my mouth in the my fingerswillgetalldampwithsaliva kinda way (!!). just the way popcorn should be eaten when u're not sharing it with someone (haha bet that jus redeemed me).

LEMON POPCORN:
HOW TO MAKE THEM:
1) Peel the lemon peel using mom's fruitskin peeler which makes the lemon peel come out in nice stringy shreddy bits.

2)GROUND the lemon peel with lotsa sugar (more the better)

3) Throw a cup of popcorn seeds into a wok with 4 tbsp of oil (preferably olive. it's MUCH HEALTHIER. *hahahahaha* )

4) Then, throw lotsa butter cubes in from the sides when they are starting to pop (please have some sense to cover the wok with a lid)

5) HEAR THEM POP.

6) Then when they are done, sprinkle the lemon sugar (which shouldn't be too sticky and moist - mine was ) over the popcorn (they should melt nicely)

7) TADAAA!

Wow that's such a find-it-at-the-back-of-Kelloggs-cornflakes kinda receipe. haah. esp. step 5. yay. was quite fun making. and jus 1 cup of popcorn seeds made two HUGE bowls of popcorn so dun throw too much in.
