Except for e exception of getting a Sting album, i decided against it, and bought a... PU SHU (some china guy who's realli hot over there now) album. Erm. It's second grade chinese pop TRYING (very sadly, failed in e process. fm track 1 to be exact) to be non-mainstream but alas, falling back into e ditch. And help, i can't stand e ENGLISH words. I hate it when they add a few eng words in the song to make it sound ahem...wat? 'cool'? " Imagination Never lose my passion It's on my way on my way Whatever it takes " Harlow it doesn't make sense. altho tori doesn't make sense too but we KNOW e difference. haha. i'm not biased but jus stick w mandarin huh? esp. e china way of spitting out e words : destination = des tee nay searn HMMM. but i support young composers. Go, go , go and do your part for 2nd grade non-mainstream music. I baked 2 banana cakes and 1 choc cake. how annoying. ml and chris kept insisting e choc cake was 'tasteless'. i mus admit it was a bit of a down-letter . :( but well, mus accept criticisms. but it realli is supposed to taste better after one day. ah...but whu cares right. grumble. i jogged everyday! *grin* for wed, thurs and fri. and even swam on thurs. *proud* but i ate alot too. help pu shu is terrible : 5 points off China music. but as Neil Gaiman says, " Bad writing is especially inspiring. Hmm... Er... Lalala. Okay okay. my initial off duration was till thurs cos i burnt my sunday and last week's saturday for my duty. then my ma'am asked me if i wanted to TAKE (dat means use my own reserves, not some gift fm god) off on fri and sat, since there was CO parade on fri. And well, i was already tempted so might as well. So i only have bout 2 and a half days left of stored offs. Okay, but e MORE impt issue is how to use the entire week of freedom. This is probably the ONLY chance i ever get until my ORD clearance of leave. Okay, i've planned some stuff to do, i'm jus writing it here, NOT to spite the army guys (trust me, i can't be bothered) but so i can organise my time (i'm a true and thru' visual planner) and hopefully, any1 who wants to hang out can leave a msg or sth. esp. bjb and chi sheng. heh. Stuff i wanna do: 1) Learn cooking a few dishes fm mi mom. 2) Go to National Library (i HAVEN'T been there be4) 3) Go over to Fat Frog's on fri or sat. 4) Record on the weekend w bao luo 5) have at least one lunch w granddad 6) Go Guanyin Temple 7) Eat a nice asian meal 8) book advanced theory (prob on wed) 9) Run or swim everyday (YOU ZHI QI!! heh. bet i'll jus forget bout it) 10) have a surprise lunch w my aunt on her bday 11) Go out w some frens (oi boon, arrange day lei) Ok...some shuffling... okay so i'll be free for Wednesday morn till night, Thurs evening till night, Fri morn till noon, weekends unconfirmed. hmmm... ( BUT it was like no. 5 in some US Charts for the "Songs You Listen To When You Are Depressed" ..:) not too sad tho.
