tided another bout of severe depression last night. and the 'theme' fer last night's was "inconsequential choices and aimlessness". need i elaborate? think it hit 9 out of 10 on the Ritcher scale (wat on earth is e max for e R-scale aniwae) and i was jus glad i din have a razor in my shoes or the 1000 pigeons will fall before mi feet. It's been so long but well, i knew it would come back anyway. But i spent $9.50 in e end anyway, i know i know. dun nag.

mi bro got himself an ipod. i'm jealous. bah.i'm fine w e 20 GB bit cos i dun need so many songs. but MP4 format! that's jus too much. urg. But at least we have a portable hard disk now.
Great news tho! New PC coming in Sat. From my aunt's office. (it's unbelievable how much of our stuff come from her , my md hifi, my md, our hifi system, our new pc, our handphones (not my lousy 3150 la) ) And it has a CD WRITER! According to dele, EVERYONE has it but heck, i'm still happy i'm getting it anyway. BLEAH. now i wun have to keep finding mi chinese oldies when mi comp crashes and all my stuff will be safe (esp my photos). its some dunno wat Pentium 4 thingy. not very fast la but i heard it faster than my present one so watever.

Hmm. i thought there was stiffer competition today only cos there weren't any absolutely outstanding contestants.
Joanna Dong chose a bad song, totally flopped, she deserves the boot ,I found her slightly pretentious with all those weird, 'off' (quoting my bro) replies she gave the judges like : " As long as i touched the audience " (with a song like " Bewitched, Bedunnowat" ?!)
Haizad , e malay guy, is freaking handsome. Even my bro and i were in awe. Like aaron kwok man. And i thought he could sing pretty okay jus that it was wrong to choose a song like " What a Wonderful World " to R&B. NEVER tamper with classics. Too bad. But with looks like dat, who needs to be some lameshit sg idol?
Candice was not too bad. maybe a bit too ambitious? cos she couldn't reach the high notes. bit flat. But all in all, a voice w potential. Daphne's realli cute. haha. " I will survive " was very tastefully done, she lacks the power , but she made up with realli spot-on tempo and nice singing techniques. but her voice is too sweet. wun last.
Nathaniel Ho is a joke. And i thought Daniel De Cruz was unmatched. Totally off key , off tune , turnoff.
Noone's VOICE impressed me like Olinda. So looks like chillipadi-butch-laksa-local-flavor ah lian is gonna get her way. Cos the 3rd round of contestants seriously seem like dorks. bah. so much for sg idol.

Going for site duty tomorrow. Another 2 weeks of off and duties. hope nth goes wrong. our platoon has really been down on our luck recently. getting caught having games in our office PC, forgetting the key to a junction box onsite, topping up generators with petrol instead of diesel, leaving stores unreturned, losing maintenance reports.... i hope i'm not next to be jinxed.

I'm really broke this month. Spent ALOT. Pay is in 10 days.
First time my expenditure exceeded my pay for the month. And i still wanna get my last two Tori albums, a Zhao Yong Hua album and maybe a Jason Mraz one ( i have TOTALLY been won over by " You and I Both " , it's rocking good singing ). I have to finish up some pressies for some people. I wanna get the 2 books meiling recommended (bah, realli too expensive tho $30!! ) ....
I am no longer confused. If there's one thing i NOW need in my life more than anything else, it's Money.

saw the Medical officer today. I'm going for an Xray at some other army medical centre and another one at NUH. He suspects wear and tear cos i experienced some pain for one of his leg-bending tests . And if it IS wear and tear , it cannot be remedied unless i :
1) spend $6000 injecting the lubricant in mi knees from time to time (ha.ha.ha.)
2) take some alternative medicine : Glucosim/n (?)
3) go for surgery which will stiffen mi joints
so aniwae, it's quite a common problem among regular joggers so he's not asking me to stop running (surprise surprise! :) ) so i'll jus try jogging for another month before mi xray and then we'll see.
