Saturday, July 10, 2004 0 comments Post a Comment Oh no. i'm super tired. Dele and Lau left at 1:30p.m. or so. haha. spent bout 15 hours at my place, just bumming ard, vcds and food. That's wat i call a true SLACKERS' outing. and we loved it. haha. great fun. But i got serious lack of sleep. VCDs till this morn 3 am from 8 plus pm the previous day. Then woke up at 6.15 to prepare breakfast and send ah zhao off. and i lasted till now on these 3 hours of sleep. *groan* ~ From LAST FRIDAY to YESTERDAY (a friday too) : I ran SIX times. i am proud of myself. But i'm displeased wif the results. I dun seem to be able to run 2.6/7 km faster than i used to. Which sucks. Next week will be less days of running but further distances.
