Saturday, November 08, 2003 0 comments Post a Comment yesterday : met up wif some good old frens. holland v. has a gelato place with 72 flavours! hmm. but def. not as good as venezia lar. but cheaper i think. there are all kinds of flavors, abt 10+ choc flavors including " Tim Tam", " Rocher " , " Tolberone " and weird fruit flavors like " Lychee " , " Durian". today: had a man2man talk with mi dad this morning. found out quite a bit of how he got his present job, with involves major job-hopping for a few years (7 jobs), then unemployment , a disatisfactory posting to Xiamen, China for 2 years, then alot of politics and now a place where he can settle down. hmm. realised that all e luxury i'm soaking in now can't realli be taken for granted and also feeling deep gratitude towards mi dad. think we should start appreciating e usually stern, boring, silent breadwinner man of e house more, shouldn't we? :) 11/08/2003 11:34:00 AM
