Today is a good day. It's been a long time since i had good days.
days good enough to be actually labelled 'good'.

Well, it started well with enough sleep. e determinant.
then i had my daily dosage of couch-potatoing in front of the PC. a light 2 hrs, as compared to yesterday's 7 plus hours.
met 3 frens online! which is extremely encouraging for a day! not 1 but 3 !
in e morning too. how generous Today is!
had a fair amt of chatting to make me feel social enough to get out of e house.
Then i went out.

i jus like days which aren't too hectic. u're decided, u're given enough slack time to do it and u're focused but relaxed. Life and work should be like dat.

Cycled down to Bukit Panjang, locked mi bike and got chicken rice, jiu ceng gao and chrysanthemum tea for mi granny. Then went to get some incense. Took a bus down to Mandai to go offer prayers to my granny. A long walk down fm e bus stop to e crematorium but well, with my md, i can walk for eternity. Like e crematorium, u get a peace that's healing, but i dun suppose ppl go down there for that purpose.

Spent some time with her before returning to Panjang. Went Macs to get lunch for granddad and i. I love e feeling of buying Macs for mi granddad, it's sorta like a treat for both of us. He loves fillet o' fish.

Then i bought Jiang Mei Qi's album. haven heard it yet. she's one of e few artistes whose albums i buy. not that's she's fantastic. it's jus sorta become a practice.

Well, e highlight of e day was when i was waiting for e bus at Mandai to go to Panjang. Cos i saw e bus past when i was walking out, i knew it'll take a good 15 mins for e next to come by. As such, i walked over to e bus stop slowly.

And when i neared e busstop, i was captivated by e serene beauty of e Mandai reservoir ( i think dat's wat they call it ). It was like a small lake dat was slightly stirred by e wind, a little bit sunny if i was fussy but quite fine. So i suddenly had e urge to go sit by e reservoir and soak mi legs in it!

veri zhengyi u might say. so i went over, and sat on e nice and dry grass patch, no ants, no bugs dat buzzed ard, onli a nice red dragonfly (Hong Qing Ting by Xiao Hu Dui --> first time i saw one ) and butterflies. I was in outdoor wear so i had no qualms abt rolling abt but i didn't.

E water , on proximity, was a little bit chalky so i decided against leg bathing. But still my feet were only abt 20 cm from e water surface (e bank i sat on was pretty low, very near water surface ), so i sat there and waited for e bus! While reading e sypnosis for He Lan Chun. Felt realli good. Looking at e water rippling and enjoying e quiet of e mmt, and chewing on super melodramatic developments in e local series.
Think e funny script added to e joy of dat wait. haha. realli crappy storyline but i'm still glued to it.

Then e bus came and i jumped up and sped over to e bus stop. caught e bus. heh.

Well, decided that i'll picnic there on another nice day. maybe alone, maybe not. we'll see.

Well utilised off day. going out later to see mi combimates. hope e day stays pleasurable.
